Hartfield Construction was founded in 1985 in South El Monte with just three employees. The company initially specialized in sidewalk, approach, and driveway removal, gradually expanding into larger-scale demolition projects. By the late 1990s, we began offering grading services for new sidewalks and driveways, combining demolition expertise with precise site preparation.
Growth and Expansion
As our reputation grew, so did our projects. Starting with small single-family home demolitions, we soon progressed to larger commercial and industrial demolition and grading contracts. To accommodate this growth, we moved to a purpose-built facility in Arcadia, California, in 2008.
